Within the framework of the quality system the company has a quality control department.

Quality control is performed at all stages of the product life cycle, including the stages of its development, production and realization. In the process of production there is a constant inter-operational quality control of manufactured medical devices. All this is carried out by means of the quality management system implemented at the enterprise according to ISO 13485-2016.

The quality assurance department performs the following functions:

• incoming control of raw materials
• production environment control
• product testing
• registration of new products
• maintaining a working quality management system

The department is equipped with appropriate equipment, measuring means and reagents. The most modern methods of production and testing of disposable medical devices are applied in the work. All technological equipment and technological processes are calibrated, which guarantees stable operation of the equipment and stability of the technological process.

All procedures are performed by specially highly qualified trained personnel.
