Diuresis monitoring system «U-meter Plus»

Designed for collection, sampling and hourly monitoring of urine volume (diuresis) during the day in critical patients.

"U-meter Plus” is a urine output rate monitoring device with unrivaled protection against uroinfection. The “U-meter Plus” is a urinalysis device with hourly diuresis monitoring and the ability to measure even small amounts of urine.

The “U-meter Plus” with its vertical design, equipped with a powerful non-return valve system and a volumetric measuring chamber (with dry zone), is an effective barrier to ascending uroinfection.

Compact system size - increasing the distance from the floor and reducing the risk of system contamination. Vertical system design - a type of system design in which the measuring chamber is positioned above the collection bag

 Distinctive features

• Fully closed system - prevents retrograde infection
• Transparent measuring chamber with a capacity of 500 ml.    In the center of the chamber a measuring cylinder with a capacity of up to 40 ml with 3 openings on the front. Two openings for communication with the main measuring chamber and one overflow. A tap with open/closed position marking, located above the measuring chamber, between the chamber and the drive tube.
• The double-lumen drive tube prevents urine stagnation:
•  110 cm long, with an anti-seizure spiral nozzle at the point of attachment to the chamber, eliminates kinking.    Connector has a universal needleless port or Luer-lock port, located at the distal end of the tube, prevents the risk of contamination.    Clip (cremalier clip) included.
• 2.0 liter urine collection bag with identification scale. It has a special hole for fixing the drain cock. The drain cock is cross-shaped, off-center, located on the lower edge of the urine collection bag.
• The "U-meter Plus" includes two non-return (check) valves. Located at the bag inlet and at the connector area.
• Hydrophobic antibacterial filter - 2 pcs.    Helps to filter infected air displaced from the system and prevent contamination.   
• It has three attachment options: straps for fixing to the bed shackle, hook and lanyard.
