Simple, easy to handle, reliable device for active postoperative wound drainage. Provides trouble-free operation from the moment the drain is placed in the surgical wound until the moment of its removal, comfort for the patient and convenience for the medical staff.

Due to the presence of a unique hemispherical transparent vacuum chamber, Ulmer drainage and non-return valves, provides effective evacuation of wound fluid with a constant level of vacuum throughout the period of drainage, significantly reduces the risk of infection and promotes uncomplicated wound healing in a short period of time. Visual control of the procedure is ensured by the transparent material of the vacuum chamber, collection bag and tube..

The system vacuum is created by expanding the elastic walls of the drain pan. As the chamber is filled, the vacuum level remains relatively constant. Vacuum setting and simultaneous emptying of the vacuum chamber is performed by one simple operation - pressing the chamber membrane.

Specially designed non-return valves prevent retrograde discharge, eliminating the need for clamps and allowing easy emptying of the system.

The dual attachment system, which includes an integrated hook and loop cord, allows the device to be attached to different types of beds.

Distinctive features

  • Fully closed hermetic system minimizes the risk of infectious complications in the wound.
  • Automatic switch to passive drainage when the vacuum chamber is full.
  • Large total capacity: 900 ml (vacuum chamber - 300 ml, collection bag - 600 ml).
  • Unique Ulmer drainage.
  • Constant vacuum level throughout the procedure
  • Possibility to replace the collection bag.

Description

1. Vacuum chamber

  • Capacity of the vacuum chamber - 300 ml.
  • Scale step of the vacuum chamber - 10/20/200 ml.
  • Initial vacuum level at fully compressed chamber - 85 mmHg.
  • Number of built-in non-return valves - 2.

Easy visual control of vacuum level.

2. Built-in non-return (anti-reflux) valves prevent backflow of fluid and eliminate the need for clamps.

They are located between the vacuum chamber and the drain and between the vacuum chamber and the collection bag.

3. Screw-on lids allow you to safely close the used wound collection bag and close the bottom opening of the vacuum chamber.

4. Drainage device for collecting wound debris (collection bag).

Instructions and graduations on the front surface of the collection bag. The collection bag can be temporarily detached for ease of patient movement.

  • The capacity of the collection bag is 600 ml.
  • Connector - special swivel connector.
  • Screw cap.

5. The screw-on universal connector is suitable for all drainage tubes with a diameter of CH 10-18.

6. The special connector ensures a secure and leakproof connection. To change the bag, you need to turn the connector 90°.

7.Integrated hydrophobic antibacterial filter reduces the risk of infection.

8. Ulmer type drainage catheter with/without trocar.

  • The length of the drainage catheter is 750 mm.
  • Length of the perforated part - 78 to 116 mm (depending on CH)
  • Graduated holes of different diameters to ensure uniform aspiration along the entire length of the perforated section.
  • Tags on the drainage catheter at a distance of 20-40-60 mm from the perforated section of tubing.
  • Integrated radiopaque contrast strip.

9. Connecting tube

  • Length: 1050 mm
